Saturday 18 May Premier Soccer League Matches

• Tichaona Mabvura was on target for Yada and Leroy Mavunga scored for Ngezi Platinum in the match the that ended in a 1 : 1 draw.

• Bulawayo Chiefs were on the good end of the weekend's 'biggest shocker', scoring twice past the recovering Tonderayi's side, Dynamos FC in Bulawayo at Highlanders's Barbourfields.

Chiefs were awarded a penalty in the 84th minute which Diego slotted effortlessly past Dynamos' goalkeeper Chinani. Lastly, Farawu set up Michael Bhebhe for the second goal of the match in the 89th minute to make it 2 : 0 for Bulawayo Chiefs.

• Harare side, Harare City scored twice afford a 2 :1 win over Zvishavane's Triangle.

• Hwange drew 1 : 1 with Black Rhinos.

• FC Platinum wefe 2 : 0 winners over ZPC Kariba. Rahman Kutsanzira and Devon Chafa were on target for Platinum.

Sunday 19 Premier Soccer League Matches

• Then, league leaders Chapungu were beaten by Bulawayo side, Chicken Inn which retained the league's second place from CAPS United.

On fire striker, Augusto Clive scored twice for Chicken Inn in the 3 : 0 win, while  Obriel Chirinda scored the other goal.

• TelOne added to their tally of draws to total, four after eight Zimbabwe Premier League Matches, (the other four matches being two wins and two loses).

TelOne drew with 1 : 1 with Manica Diamonds.

• Highlanders failed to find the net against Herentals and the highly contested match at Barboufields that ended in a draw 0 : 0.

Highlanders are still 17th on the ZPSL Log with five points accumulated from five draws. Bulawayo Chiefs anchor the bottom of the log on four points having managed only a draw and win after playing eight Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League matches.
